A zero waste fermented pineapple Mexican millenary drink that can be made at home with four simple ingredients: a ripe pineapple, cane sugar, water, and cinnamon.

The entire pineapple is used including the peel. A culture starter (ie. scoby for kombucha) is not required. Great tonic for cider lovers.
