Please include a multi-cultural option in the Race Ethnicity part of the job application forms.
In job applications, the race/ethnicity question is completely OUTDATED. Many present and future generations are becoming increasingly multicultural. New generations are now being formed by people that have combined races: White and Asian, White and African American, Asian and Indian, European and Asian, etc.
People with one race or ethnicity are becoming scarce.
